Grove Life members have access to a members' only assistance line where general assistance, support and advice will be given between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday. In addition to this, members will have access to an emergency hotline which will be available to them 24/7, 365 days per year.
The members' personal assistance line will offer assistance in booking, organising, recommending and finding.
Grove Life's services will be offered and available to all members at any time following an initial consultation to understand the member's needs and requirements.
